Beginning her career at 19 years old, Jenna worked in the carry-out of a local restaurant taking orders over the phone. One day, she was randomly thrown behind the bar. She soared and her potential was clear. Growing up with both of her parents in the restaurant business, it’s safe to say it is in her blood. Throughout her career, Jenna has had the opportunity to learn what it takes to manage a bar by assisting in operations of her familys’ bars. In 2016, after many years of experience and sharpening her knowledge of the industry, Jenna followed one of her previous managers to Banditos Bar & Kitchen. Starting as a bartender, she worked her way up the ranks to become a leader and someone management trusted to run her own building. After her success and proven dedication to the brand and company was clear, she became the General Manager of Banditos Bar & Kitchen.

Like many others in this industry, Matt’s introduction to hospitality came as a broke college student just looking to make some beer money. He started out bussing tables at a Mexican restaurant in Towson where he spent the next 2.5 years of his life slinging tacos and learning everything he could about the inner workings of a bar & restaurant. His hobby turned into a passion and Matt ended up building his first home bar to perfect his skills and explore mixology through a more creative lens. Today he brings that same passion to his role as Bar Manager at Banditos Bar & Kitchen, working alongside a team of like-minded and dedicated individuals. He is excited to expand this Charm City establishment to White Marsh and apply his skills even further.

This spot is awesome and the food is great. The bartender Geo was very friendly, patient, and makes great drinks! It’s hard to find a spot where the drinks, food, and bartender is on point!
I had a great experience all thanks to Geo! He’s definitely one of the best bartenders!
